Join our support team and be the first point of contact for Caesarium users. You’ll help people navigate buying, selling, swapping, and verification — all while delivering fast, friendly, and accurate assistance.
This is a fully remote role with flexible hours. You’ll work closely with product and ops to relay feedback, improve flows, and make crypto simpler for everyone.
Responsibilities
– Handle support tickets, live chats, and emails with clarity and empathy
– Guide users through core flows: Buy, Sell, Swap, onboarding, and KYC
– Troubleshoot technical issues related to wallets, transactions, or identity
– Escalate edge cases to the appropriate internal teams
– Document recurring issues and suggest improvements to the product team
– Maintain accurate, up-to-date knowledge of platform features
– Contribute to internal help docs and user-facing guides
Required Skills / Software
– 1–2+ years of experience in customer support or a similar role
– Excellent written English and strong communication skills
– Comfortable using support tools (Zendesk, Intercom, Crisp, or similar)
– Basic knowledge of crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT, wallets, swaps)
– Patience, attentiveness, and a user-first mindset
– Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote setting
Nice to Haves:
– Experience supporting a fintech or crypto product
– Familiarity with KYC/AML processes and identity verification tools
– Additional language skills (Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic)
– Able to create or maintain internal help center content
– Comfortable working occasional evenings or weekends
